I am Munira EL Najar, a Palestinian English teacher with over 17 years of experience in education. Recognized as one of the top 10 teachers in Palestine 2022, I am deeply passionate about empowering students with strong language skills, digital literacy, and critical thinking.
Throughout my career, I have developed innovative educational content, led teacher training programs, and integrated 21st-century skills into the classroom. My mission is to make learning English engaging, practical, and meaningful, inspiring students to reach their full potential and succeed both academically and personally.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Teaching Methods (Al-Aqsa University, Gaza) and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language (Islamic University of Gaza). I am an award-winning educator with over 17 years of experience, recognized nationally and internationally for my contributions to digital pedagogy, curriculum development, and teacher training.
I have completed specialized training including:
TOEFL Preparation Course (40 hrs)
Novice English Teachers Trainer (66 hrs)
Effective Classroom Management & Teaching Methods (24 hrs combined)
EU Code Week & Hour of Code Certificates (European Commission)
Throughout my career, I have empowered thousands of students and educators, integrated coding and digital literacy into the curriculum, and received multiple honors for excellence in teaching and digital content creation. I am experienced in teaching refugees and incorporating cultural subjects into English language education.
